Molto bella!!!

well, i haven't posted in a while due to fatigue and just the fact that i haven't had much to say.
Well i'll just update on my situations and what is going through my head.

Since i have been back from Italy, i have been eating healthier and in less quantities. Over in Europe they eat a lot better than we do, less food, better quality. We put all sorts of preservatives in our foods to make them last FOREVER, but in return those same preservatives are what make us fat and feel groggy after eating. The serving size of food is rediculous here. In Europe you get a portion of food, and you aren't stuffed or full, just not hungry anymore. Everything is fresh and you can really taste what the food is and not what was put into it. So i've been eating 1 big meal a day. In the morning i have fruit and juice, and later in the day hours after my big meal I have a light snack like hummus and pita or something. Absolutely no red meat. I'll eat chicken maybe once a week, but the majority of my diet consists of vegitables, and dairy. It's been good for me so far. I feel healthier and was able to loose a little where i needed to. I also bike and walk a lot, so they are dead right when they say diets only work with good excercise!
I've been playing with a lot of different groups and hearing a lot of music that i wasn't exposed to when i was younger. I look back now days and wish that i would have had some different opportunites when i was younger, that i would have made some different choices. But you can't change the past. that is why i am going to shape my futre the way i want it to be. I'm doing okay so far with that, but i still need to have more confidence in myself. Usually i keep my true feelings to myself and when they get bunched i write them in here, even though sometimes the way i write doesn't always convey the way i feel. I'm learning a lot about myself these days and trying to key in on what really makes me tick and how to keep myself motivated.
Well i have 4 gigs this weekend starting tommorow, and i have a lot of stuff to go over and memorize, so i'm going to get to it. Until next time! Respond once and a little while!
