These days i've been pretty down about a lot of things(if u don't know read my last 3-4 blogs). I'm over the initial anger of it all, and now i'm starting to feel good because i know what i'm need and am going to do, and have a time frame and hope for accomplishing everything!
Lately i have been really focusing on my practicing. Playing a lot of drums everyday, but now i'm starting to enjoy playing the trumpet again. I figured out some mechanics of my muscles, and now i have a pretty consistant double C with no effort. Fuck yeah. I'm starting to sound like i did when i was in high school again!!(good thing, haha)
These next few months i'm gonna be doing more traveling than i have been in forever. It's like i'm in that childrens choir again. We used to travel every month!! But next week i'm going to Cincinatti to visit Quinn for 3 days. It's gonna be soooooo much fun. I haven't seen his place so it'll be sweet. plus i'll get to see his school. We haven't hung out much due to him living in Ohio, so this will be much needed chillin and playin time!! He has a gig at a club or something while i'm there, and i'm gonna sit in or somethin. Should be sweet. Then My Birthday is in 3 weeks( April 1st for the uninformed). I'm going to Niagra falls for a day. Not sure if it'll be on my birthday, but if not prolly the day before or after. Gotta see how my work scheadule allows it. Then a week after that i'm playing a gig in the Carribean on Caonon island. That'll be great. I'll be gone for 4 days or something like that. Then the last week of May i'm playing a gig in Italy on an island off the coast of Rome. I'll be sure to take plenty of pictures on both trips!!
So i'll be out and about the country and world in the next few months. I'll let ya all know how it goes! Things will get better, i know they will!!!
