nervous

Well i shopped all day with Barb today. it was a lotta fun. i got some clothes and a new chef coat. exciting. Then went and had wings with the guys and Torrie. Made for a good day off from work!! Speaking of that, tommorow is my first day without the ex-head chef being there. I have to make soup and stuff, and i hope everything comes out okay. I mean, i cook all the time, but this is kinda pressure!! I mean, i'm basically replacing a professional cook who's been doing this for 10 years. I'm fucking scared. I NEVER get scared. But i think it's good. because with music i'm so confident, i have no worries. i'm never scared. but with this cooking thing, i'm outside of my comfort zone now, and i like it. I'll prove myself. Even though i'm not cinfident yet, i'll do it. I'm not a quitter!!! So time for bed! Nite! I'll let ya know how it goes!!
